Josh is currently the Baptist Collegiate Minister at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where he has served for three years. Prior to that, Josh was a youth pastor for 10 years in both Oklahoma and Arizona. Josh is a B. A. graduate from Oklahoma Baptist University, an M. Div. and Th. M. graduate from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently a Ph. D. student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in the field of Apologetics and Christian Worldview.

Josh has been married for 9 years to Malynda and has two sons, Noah Mark, who is 3 years old, and Luke Owen, who is 2 weeks old!  Josh spent most of his childhood in Guatemala, where his parents served as missionaries for 12 years.

Some blogs will be more devotional in nature. Others may be take on a primarily apologetic, theological, or historical feel. Sermons as well as teaching materials will also be continually added to the site. Some of the things found here may prove valuable, some may not. Nevertheless, it is my hope that that which is offered here may nourish your soul, provoke your mind, or equip you in some measure to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ and His church more faithfully and passionately.
